1. Using Step Ride

By booking a ride or driving on Step Ride, you agree to use the platform honestly, keep your account details accurate, and follow local transport laws.

2. Rides & payments

Fares, ride types and payment methods are shown before you confirm a trip. Cancellations and disputes are handled through in-app support.

3. Safety & conduct

Riders and drivers are expected to treat each other respectfully. Guardian Circle sharing is optional and controlled by the rider at all times.

4. Changes

We may update these terms as Step Ride evolves. Continued use of the platform after an update means you accept the revised terms.
